Cucumbers and tomatoes are some of the most popular veggies grown around here, and boy are they delicious. Here is a quick ‘n easy recipe that can be whipped together and brought to the next cook-out.

Ingredients:

  • 2 Cucumbers (or zucchini)
  • 1 pint Grape tomatoes cut in half
  • 2-3 mozzarella string cheeses, cut
  • 1/4 cup Italian dressing (I used this kind, but you can use your favorite)
  • 3-4 fresh basil leaves, chopped

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. I use a bowl with a lid, then I can just shake it to mix it all together. Refrigerate until ready to use!

Super simple, super yummy, and super healthy too!

If you try it, I would love to see! Head on over to Pinterest and snap a photo to share. Thanks for stopping by!
